Exercise

New study finds that exercise is good for your brain...here is the link for the article. So the way to do good math is prolly running a mile rather than eat lot of 'vendaikai' (lady's finger) and sleep at home :) ! I was wrongly guided about vendaikai's when i was a kid, perhaps !!! ;)

So what is your take on this exercise funda after reading this post about studies made in science/medicine

Hey, that sounds great, although I wonder how many kms would us humans have to walk daily in order to exercise as much as those tiny mice :)
Also exercise makes people happier, since it helps the release of endorphins, the neuro-transmitter of contentment ;)
*goes for a jog*

My take - Totally confused now.!!

I don't care if exercise doesn't help my brain...It helps me lose weight and keeps me fit. My blood pressure is down!

Interesting study though ( I think it will help the brain )

Phoenix that's Interesting one
------
I guess, people of the past generation were bit lazy enough to running a mile and settled for something easiar like eating Lady's Finger (Vendakkai).

------
Run a mile a day, keeps the doctors away.

Taking the same argument from another angle...people in the past generation did so much physical activities in their daily routine that all he needed was some "food to stay healthy"

But now, most of the work people do, demands less physical labour that we need to "run to stay healthy"
